Adjustable Ball Valve Lockout helps prevent accidental activation of a closed ball valve. The easy-to-use device has a removable insert to help accommodate a wide range of handle designs and dimensions. For the most secure fit, use the Master Lock S806 cable lockout device (sold separately). To help perform effectively in extreme environments and be chemically resistant, the device is made of a durable, lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic material. The lockout accepts most American Lock® and Master Lock safety padlocks (sold separately). Suitable for locking out most ½” (25mm) to 2” (51mm) ball valves and/or as part of a comprehensive OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
