You can use the same controller in home gardens as well as in smaller commercial applications. By simply adding the station modules, you can expand your irrigation system without having to remove the control unit or even switch it off.

Expand the ESP-ME3 into a SMART control unit by adding the LNK WiFi WLAN module (not included) and a WR2 rain sensor (not included). The LNK module simplifies programming and monitoring using the advanced Rain Bird app. With the installation of a flow sensor, you can secure improved water monitoring and increased protection against a defect in your irrigation system.

WiFi connection

Users can access, operate and monitor their irrigation system from anywhere by simply plugging in a Rain Bird LNK WiFi WLAN module (purchased separately). Internet-based weather information is used for automatic daily adjustment of the irrigation times, which saves up to 30% water.

Programming recommendations

Rain Bird recommends that the maximum cycle time for irrigation zones end before drainage begins and that adequate soak time be allowed before the next watering cycle for the same zone begins.

Uninterruptible power supply is not required. The permanent memory saves the current programming permanently, and a lithium battery (10 years service life) saves the date and time settings of the control unit in the event of a power failure.
