PROTO3814
Flare nut wrenches have a gear mechanism on the single end head that allows the wrench to rotate freely in one direction without removing the wrench head from the fastener and repositioning the wrench. The ratcheting wrench head allows a line or other obstruction to pass through it, then closes for full contact around the fastener. The opposite end of the handle provides a more secure grip on the full length of the handle than a double end flare nut wrench.
