It is an Online Analyzer with inbuilt diagnostics and capable of Auto/Remote calibration. Analyzers

• Fluorescence Based SO2 Analyzer: Uniphos Fluorescence based SO2 analyzer is a robust, reliable analyzer, tailor made for monitoring sulfur dioxide in the range of 0-100 ppm / 0-500 ppm / 0-2000 ppm. 
• Chemiluminescence Based NOx Analyzer: Uniphos Chemiluminescence based NOx analyzer is an apt analyzer to measure NOx released from Boiler stacks, Thermo Pack, Furnace, Process stack etc. 
• NDIR Gas Analyzer: NDIR gas analyzer is designed for continuous monitoring of gases like SO2, NOx, CO, CO2 and CH4 in industrial stacks.

• TDLAS Gas Analyzer: Uniphos TDLAS based gas analyzer is a highly accurate analyzer used for the monitoring of atmospheric pollutants like HF, HCl, NH3,etc. 

• Uniphos Oxygen Analyzer: Uniphos Oxygen analyzer is an advanced analyzer equipped with a robust Zirconia Oxygen sensor for the monitoring of Oxygen in furnaces, incinerators, etc.

• Dust Analyzer: Uniphos Dust analyzer uses dynamic detection principle to measure dust or particulate matter concentration suspended in the exhaust gas passing through a duct, stack, etc.  

Sample Handling System

• Peltier Based Sample Handling System: Uniphos Peltier based sample handling system is a stack mountable sample handling system with a unique heat exchanger design which eliminates the necessity of heated sampling lines.
• Membrane Based Sample Handling System: Uniphos membrane-based sample handling system is tailor made for dry sample extraction of corrosive gas samples.
• Simple Sampling Probe: Uniphos simple probe is a compact and stack mountable probe for sample extraction.

TPF Probe

• TPF Probe: Uniphos Temperature, Pressure and Flow (TPF) measurement is an easy to use, reliable probe designed to provide rapid and accurate measurement of temperature, pressure, and flow of gases in industrial stacks.

CEMS Accessories

• Data Acquisition System: The Uniphos CEMS data acquisition system acquires, stores, and allows the customer to access data remotely.
• Remote Calibration: Remote Calibration System allows the user to perform validation and calibration of the analyzer remotely.
